Geftinat (Gefitinib) is a signal transduction inhibitor. Geftinat is categorized as targeted therapy which means to target the epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor

Increase the dosage of Geftinat tablet to 500mg orally as a single dose, if no adverse reaction produces
Again restart to 250mg orally as a single dose after discontinuation of CYP3A4 strong inducers
Geftinat should not be taken with antacids to reduce the effect of gefitinib

Abiraterone acetate: raise the serum concentration of CYP2D6 substrates ;
Elevation the serum concentration of CYP2D6 substrates;
Geftinat elevates the anti-coagulant effect of vitamin K antagonist like warfarin
Asunaprevir, Bosentan, Ceritinib, cobicistat, conivaptan, CYP2D6 inhibitors (moderate and strong), CYP3A4 inducers (moderate and strong), CYP3A4 inhibitors (moderate and strong), Dabrafenib, darunavir, dasatinib, deferasirox, Enzalutamide, fosaprepitant
